The build-up to Wimbledon continues today, with several heavyweight names taking to the court at tune-up tournaments in Bad Homburg, Eastbourne and Mallorca.

21:01 CET - The last clash of the day in Eastbourne has been won by a Brit with Jacob Fearnley downing fifth seed Flavio Cobolli 6-2, 6-2.

20:35 CET - Feliz Auger-Aliassime is through in Mallorca with the second seed beating Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech 7-5, 6-3 in the final match of the day there.

Over in Eastbourne, an all-English clash between Billy Harris and Cameron Norrie has been won 6-4, 6-4 by the former.

19:48 CET - The third seed is through in Eastbourne with Sonny Kartal losing 6-3, 7-6 on home turf to Jelena Ostapenko.

19:37 CET - A heavyweight clash at Bad Homburg has been won by world number 10 Emma Navarro, who has beaten Naomi Osaka 6-4, 6-4.

19:09 CET - Gabriel Diallo is the latest man to progress in Mallorca, with the Canadian proving too strong for Laslo Djere in a 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 triumph.

18:37 CET - Eighth seed Nuno Borges is through in Eastbourne, recovering from a set down to outlast Jack Pinnington Jones 4-6, 6-3, 6-3, while Jenson Brooksby saw off Francisco Comesana in straight sets, 7-6(6), 6-4.

18:00 CET - Iga Swiatek has started her grass-court season with a win, beating Victoria Azarenka 6-4, 6-4 to advance at Bad Homburg.

Elsewhere, fourth seed Tallon Griekspoor has beaten Ethan Quinn 7-5, 6-4 in Mallorca while fifth seed Magda Linette has been forced to retire against Dayana Yastremska in Eastbourne, where Emma Raducanu has prevailed 6-7, 6-3, 6-1 in a three-set battle with Ann Li.

17:23 CET - Marcos Giron has beaten Luca Darderi 6-4, 7-5 in Eastbourne, while women's eighth seed Rebecca Sramkova has won 6-3, 6-2 against Jaqueline Cristian.

In Mallorca, Hamad Medjedovic has advanced with a 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 win over Roman Safiullin.

16:13 CET - Some notable news from Wimbledon qualifying in Roehampton, where French Open semi-finalist Lois Boisson has been knocked out in the first round by Canada's Carson Branstine, 2-6, 7-6(1), 4-6

15:59 CET - Top seed Jessica Pegula is safely through in Bad Homburg after a convincing 6-2, 6-3 win over Katerina Siniakova in 64 minutes.

Elsewhere, Roberto Bautista-Agut has progressed in Mallorca, defeating Tomas Martin Etcheverry 5-7, 6-3, 6-2, whilst in Eastbourne, Barbora Krejcikova and home favourite Jodie Burrage are through to the second round.

14:47 CET - The first match of the day in Eastbourne has gone the way of qualifier Varvara Gracheva, who has beaten Camila Osorio 6-4, 4-6, 7-5.

Just after that, James Duckworth beat fellow Aussie Aleksandar Vukic 6-3, 6-7, 6-1 on the men's side of the draw.

14:20 CET - The second seed is through in Germany with Jasmine Paolini claiming a hard-fought 7-6, 7-6 win over Leylah Fernandez in a clash that could have gone either way.

In Mallorca, Brandon Holt and Bernard Tomic have both advanced.

12:52 CET - Beatriz Haddad Maia is the first winner of the day in Bad Homburg, with the Brazilian easing past lucky loser Ashlyn Krueger in straight sets, 6-1, 6-4.

09:27 CET - We're a little over two hours away from play getting started today, as second seed Jasmine Paolini faces Leylah Fernandez in Bad Homburg at 11:30 CET.

It's a mouthwatering day of action at the WTA 500 event in Germany, with Iga Swiatek up against Victoria Azarenka, while Jessica Pegula, Emma Navarro and Naomi Osaka also take to the court.
