22:20 CET - Aryna Sabalenka has done it! The powerful Belarusian has beaten Coco Gauff 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 to win the Miami Open and claim a famous 'Sunshine Double' on the back of her Indian Wells triumph!
Sabakenka has thus defended her Miami title from last year, but this is her first Sunshine Double, and the first time a woman has completed one since Iga Swiatek back in 2022.
She becomes just the fifth woman to achieve the feat ever, joining Steffi Graf, Kim Clijsters, Victoria Azarenka, and Swiatek.
For world number one Sabalenka, it's another milestone ticked off as her relentless winning continues. She's simply unstoppable at her best.
Having said that, Gauff put up a fight in Miami, forcing a deciding set after being outmuscled in the first. In the end, seven double faults to zero tell the story of the match: Gauff just wasn't precise enough in the big moments.

21:41 CET - Gauff levels things up!!
After barely hanging on to her serve in the middle of the second set, she stepped things up at the end of it, fighting back from 30-0 down to finally break Sabalenka and win it 6-4.
Errors have started to creep into the world number one's game, and with the crowd behind her, Gauff is getting more confident. Into a decider we go!
21:23 CET - We're seven games into the second set and Gauff is having to withstand serious pressure, with the world number four saving break points in each of her last two service games.
She leads 4-3, but is still yet to really cause Sabalenka problems.
20:48 CET - After 37 minutes, Sabalenka has won the first set 6-2.
She came flying out of the blocks, breaking Gauff's serve in the opening game, and while the American steadied the ship somewhat after that, she was never able to put pressure on her opponent's serve and was broken again at 4-2.
Gauff needs to find a way to do some damage in Sabalenka's service games if she wants to turn this around.
20:05 CET - The 2026 WTA Miami Open final is just five minutes away! We'll be bringing you set-by-set updates right here, and you can follow every point of the clash here.
Let's do this!
19:06 CET - Coco Gauff's road to the final in Florida was far less smooth, with the American dropping a set in each of her first four matches.
However, she stepped things up massively against Karolina Muchova in the semis, dropping just two games and sealing the win in 90 minutes.
That performance will give her some belief for tonight's game, as will the remarkable fact that she's never lost a hard-court final in her senior career, winning nine out of nine.
17:25 CET - Aryna Sabalenka has firmly established herself as the dominant force in women's tennis over the past 18 months, and the Belarusian is on the verge of creating yet more history as she looks to become only the fifth woman to win the 'Sunshine Double' (Indian Wells and Miami Open).
The top seed's route to the final in Florida has been typically emphatic, seeing off the likes of third seed Elena Rybakina, home favourite Hailey Baptiste, and Olympic champion Qinwen Zheng - all without dropping a set.
Sabalenka can draw further confidence from the fact she's won 10 of 14 career finals at the WTA 1000 level, including five of the last six and each of the last three.
15:30 CET - Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage of today's women's final at the Miami Open, as Aryna Sabalenka and Coco Gauff go head-to-head for the prestigious Masters 1000 title.
World number one and defending Miami champion Sabalenka is just one step away from securing a historic 'Sunshine Double', having beaten Elena Rybakina in the Indian Wells final a fortnight ago.
Standing in the Belarusian's way is fourth seed Gauff, who has overcome a tricky start to the season, as well as a concerning nerve issue at Indian Wells, to reach her first WTA final since the Wuhan Open last October.
We'll preview both players' routes to the final in greater detail over the next few hours, so make sure you stay tuned ahead of the showpiece event at 20:00 CET.
