It's women's semi-final day at Indian Wells as four of the very best players on the WTA Tour look to seal their place in Sunday's prestigious final.

10:20 CET - Next up at Indian Wells in the men's semi-finals, and we'll be back with a new tracker from around 20:00 CET to bring you coverage of them.

Look ahead to those clashes while you wait and join us again later!

09:00 CET - If you're just waking up, you can catch up on what happened in the women's semi-finals at Indian Wells here.

The big news from overnight is that Iga Swiatek is out, with the Pole losing to 17-year-old sensation Mirra Andreeva, who is in the form of her life right now.

In the other semi-final, world number one Aryna Sabalenka avenged the defeat she suffered to Madison Keys in the Australian Open final by storming past the American.

03:42 CET - Aryna Sabalenka makes a statement with her win over Madison Keys in straight sets 6-0, 6-1 that took just 52 minutes - with the first set alone taking only 23. This is now the 10th final Sabalenka has reached since the start of 2024 - more than any other woman.

Sabalenka has also won 10 straight sets this week to reach her second Indian Wells final.

02:33 CET - Mirra Andreeva wins her 11th straight match after defeating Iga Swiatek 7-6(1), 1-6, 6-3!

Only two players at 18 years of age or younger have defeated Swiatek - and both times were Andreeva. She snaps Swiatek's 10-match win-streak at Indian Wells to advance to her first-ever final for the tournament.

Andreeva now becomes the youngest woman since Kim Clijsters in 2001 to reach the Indian Wells final. Previously she was the youngest woman since Maria Sharapova (2005) to reach the semi-finals.

23:03 CET - We are around an hour away from our first semi-final between Iga Swiatek and Mirra Andreeva in Indian Wells, and the former will be looking to make some history this week. The two-time champion could become the only woman since Martina Navratilova in 1990 and 1991 to win back-to-back Indian Wells titles - some achievement.

But in Andreeva, Swiatek is coming up against an opponent who is playing the best tennis of her (very) young career. The Russian is on a 10-match winning streak, and is coming off the back of becoming the youngest woman ever to win a WTA 1000 title when she triumphed in Dubai.

Interestingly, Andreeva beat Swiatek on her way to winning the title there in the UAE, so she will be feeling confident that she can do so once again, which is why this semi is such a tantalising prospect.

22:00 CET - Good evening and welcome to our coverage of two blockbuster women's semi-finals in California, with Iga Swiatek, Mirra Andreeva, Aryna Sabalenka and Madison Keys all looking to secure their spot in Sunday's final!

First up, defending champion Swiatek faces the incredibly talented Andreeva at 00:00 CET, as the Russian teenager targets an 11th straight win having claimed the WTA 1000 title in Dubai last month.

Following that match, world number one Sabalenka takes on Australian Open champion Keys in a repeat of the thrilling Melbourne final that took place just seven weeks ago.
