We've reached the quarter-final stage at Indian Wells as several of the world's best ATP and WTA players look to move one step closer to securing the prestigious title in California.

09:58 CET - We'll be back with a brand new tracker later this evening at around 21:00 CET to keep you up to date with both women's semi-finals in California. In the meantime, catch up on all the men's action here and the women's here.

04:55 CET - Carlos Alcaraz beats Francisco Cerundolo in straight sets 6-3, 7-6 to advance to his second straight Indian Wells semi-finals. The world's number two has now won 11 of his last 12 matches. He'll be taking on Jack Draper on Saturday.

03:10 CET - Jack Draper completes the comeback after being down 0-3 in the second set to beat Ben Shelton 6-4, 7-5. He now advances to his first-ever Masters 1000 semi-final as he continues to play the best tennis of his career.

02:40 CET - Aryna Sabalenka has yet to drop a single set all week as she takes down Liudmila Samsonova 6-2, 6-3. This will now be the second time in Sabalenka's career making the Indian Wells semi-finals.

After the match, she credited Carlos Alcaraz, saying, "Watching Alcaraz play helped me a lot. I was like ‘Come on, Alcaraz would get it and he would hit a winner.’”

The semi-finals will be a rematch of the Australian Open final between her and Madison Keys, which Sabalenka lost in three sets.

00:45 CET - Madison Keys defeats Belinda Bencic after keeping her to a pair of breadsticks 6-1, 6-1. She'll be moving on to the Indian Wells semi-finals for the first time in her career and is now on a 16-match win streak - 18-1 this year.

23:40 CET - After a thrilling deciding set tie-break, Daniil Medvedev edged out Arthur Fils to win 6-4, 6-2, 7-6 (9-7) to book his spot in the semi-finals.

23:20 CET - Superstar Mirra Andreeva's dream Indian Wells has continued this evening as she knocked out another top player in Elina Svitolina.

Andreeva is still yet to drop a set despite having some troubles in the first set against Svitolina, the teenage sensation won 7-5, 6-3 to secure her semi-final spot.

21:20 CET - Over to the ATP side, Holger Rune responded strongly to dropping the first set by dropping just three games in the next two sets and beating Tallon Griekspoor 5-7, 6-0, 6-3.

With that win Rune becomes the first man to book his place in the Indian Wells semi-finals.

20:50 CET - World number two Iga Swiatek is making all of her opponents seem average at Indian Wells even when up against a tough opponent like world number nine Qinwen Zheng. Swiatek made light work of Zheng this evening by winning 6-3, 6-3 and booking her place in the semi-final.

Zheng did put up a bit of a fight in the second set by breaking as Swiatek was serving for the match but it would prove in vain as Swiatek broke straight back to secure the win.

19:18 CET - Play has now started in California, with Iga Swiatek in early action against Zheng Qinwen and Holger Rune facing the challenge of in-form Tallon Griekspoor.
