Austria-bound Ryan Ogam led the way with two goals, captain Michael Olunga grabbed another brace, while Collins Sichenje inscribed his name in the scoresheet as Kenya ran riot in their final home game of the qualifiers.

Harambee Stars headed into the clash after their shambolic display had seen them suffer a humiliating 3-1 defeat against Gambia at the same venue on Friday, while Seychelles were hammered 4-0 by Gabon at National Sports Complex Pitch 1 in Mauritania.
During the first round meeting between the two nations, Kenya had humiliated the Island nation 5-0 with lead striker Olunga grabbing a brace, while Masoud Juma, Rooney Onyango and Benson Omalla scored a goal apiece.
Kenya further went into the game having been dealt a major blow, with defenders Aboud Omar and Alphonse Omija being ruled out of the Matchday Eight battle. Omar was suspended for accumulating yellow cards while Omija had been permitted by coach Benni McCarthy to travel to Tunisia, where he is scheduled to sign for Tunisian side ES Sahel.
Ogam strikes again to put Kenya ahead
Kenya started strongly with a looping cross from midfielder Suleiman Manzur targeting Duke Abuya, but the Young Africans player could not reach the ball, which rolled out for a goal-kick.
However, two minutes later, Kenya took a deserved lead. A free-kick delivered by William Wilson found striker Ogam, who glanced in a header past the stretching hands of Romeo Robertson.
Ogam, who had scored the only goal against Gambia in the previous fixture after coming on as a substitute, almost doubled Kenya's lead in the 16th minute but fired wide despite being in a good position to score.
Kenya continued to attack the Island nation and in the 23rd minute, Olunga squared a superb pass to Wilson but the Vaasan Palloseura star saw his right-footed effort go inches wide after taking a deflection off defender Jerron Joubert.
Kenya finally went 2-0 up in the 35th minute after Sichenje headed home a Wilson free-kick from the left wing.
Before the dust could settle, it was 3-0 for Kenya, with Ogam heading home Olunga's effort that had rattled the woodwork and bounced back out for his second of the day.
Kenya were awarded a penalty in the 45th minute after Ogam was fouled inside the area, and Olunga stepped up to smash it hard and low for a comfortable 4-0 lead at the half-time break.
Five-star win
The second period saw Kenya start from where they had left but they were forced to wait until the 66th minute for another goal.
Olunga thundered home a free header following a delivery from substitute Boniface Muchiri, and made it 5-0.
Kenya’s next assignment in the qualifiers will come in October when they face Burundi away and then conclude their group matches with a fixture against African champions Ivory Coast.
