23:09 CET - PSG WIN THE UEFA SUPER CUP 4-3 ON PENALTIES!
Spurs had it in their grasp, but a miss from Mathys Tel gave Nuno Mendes the chance to win it for PSG and he made no mistake.
An incredible comeback from a side that didn't really get going until the 81st minute.

23:00 CET - Tottenham have won the coin flip for the end, the penalties will have the backdrop of their fans.
22:56 CET - We are going to penalties! It finishes 2-2 after that dramatic and late PSG fightback. Two goals in the last 10 minutes of the match has saved them, now can they win the spot kicks?
22:53 CET - PSG ARE LEVEL! They find an opening down the right with Ousmane Dembele and his cross gives Goncalo Ramos no chance to miss. Pandemonium in the stands, are we in for more drama with two to play?
22:49 CET - PSG are awake now, and they are sniffing for an equaliser. Seventeen-year-old Ibrahim Mbaye goes down in the box, but the referee waves it away. On replay, he went down very easily - right call. Into six minutes of injury time.
22:43 CET - PSG have one back! Vitinha plays the ball into the feet of Lee Kang-In, and the South Korean makes no mistake with the finish, rifling the ball home from the edge of the box. His fans are loud once more, are we in for a grandstand finish with five minutes to play?
22:39 CET - You know it's been a tough day at the office when the pass machine Vitinha starts taking pot shots from 30 yards... 10 minutes to go in Udine, and it is looking comfortable for Tottenham. Their defensive structure has withstood the normally potent PSG frontline, forcing the diminutive Portuguese midfielder into that speculative effort.
22:30 CET - Another chance goes begging for PSG, as Ousmane Dembele fires wide. Time is running out as we hit the second cooling break. Tottenham bring on Dominic Solanke for Richarlison, whilst the impressive Joao Palhinha comes off for Archie Gray.
22:25 CET - PSG have the ball in the back of the net through Bradley Barcola, but the flag is up. Fabian Ruiz was offside with an earlier effort, and the goal is rightly disallowed. Another two changes for the Parisiens, they have a mountain to climb.
22:18 CET - Another chance, surprise, surprise, another set piece. Pedro Porro's deflected effort causes some concern for Lucas Chevalier, but it is just wide of the mark. PSG make a change, removing the frustrated Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for Fabian Ruiz as they try to gain some control in their midfield with 30 minutes to go.
22:11 CET - PSG can't deal with Tottenham's set plays. Another cross in from a set play finds Kevin Danso at the back post free as a bird, but he can't make it a hat-trick of centre-half goals, finding the side netting with his effort.
22:07 CET - Tottenham in dreamland! From one centre-back to another, Cristian Romero put Tottenham two to the good against PSG. Again, it's a free-kick that proves their undoing - Pedro Porro floats one to the back post, finding Romero who heads past a diving Chevalier. The Frenchman gets a hand to it, but it's not enough to keep it out. Could he have done better?
22:04 CET - The players and officials are back out for the second half, can PSG find their usual form?
21:48 CET - Half-time in Udine and it is the Europa League champions Tottenham who lead the Champions League holders 1-0 thanks to the late first-half effort from centre-half Mickey van de Ven.

View from Udine: Tottenham have caught PSG cold in the first half of this Super Cup, and the Parisiens' week of training really is showing. On the ball, they look lethargic compared to their very high standard, whilst Spurs are having joy down the right flank with Mohammed Kudus causing problems for Nuno Mendes. There have been glimmers of the PSG spark in the first half, but Thomas Frank's new structured defence has kept them at arm's length so far.
21:40 CET - Spurs lead PSG in the Super Cup and they deserve it. A long free kick from Vicario is headed into the box, Lucas Chevalier makes a superb save onto the bar to deny Joao Palhinha, but Micky van de Ven is on hand to volley home the rebound.
21:37 CET - Chance for PSG as the ball falls to Ousmane Dembele in the box, but the half volley goes over. Is that an ominous sign for Tottenham?
21:33 CET - It's difficult to say which gear PSG are playing in due to their lack of a pre-season, but's it's no higher than two. Mohammed Kudus has a good effort blocked, whilst the Parisiens see a good chance go behind for a corner.
21:24 CET - And there is our first save! Richarlison robs Ousmane Dembele before a neat one-two sets him free in on goal. Lucas Chevalier makes the stop before Rodrigo Bentancur heads over from the resulting corner. Momentum with Tottenham.
21:23 CET - Midway through the first half, and it is Spurs who have been threatening the most. Neither keeper has yet to make the save, but the London side have got behind PSG a couple of times despite their more defensive shape tonight.

21:15 CET - Interest for Spurs fans tonight will be to see how their new recruits bed in. Mohammed Kudus, signed from West Ham in the summer, looks lively in the opening 15 minutes, driving down the right before putting a looping inswinger narrowly out of reach for Richarlison.
21:10 CET - PSG's first attack of the game sees them work it intricately around the box, creating a chance for Kvicha Kvaratskhelia. The Georgian's shot, however, is weak and wide of the mark.
21:08 CET - Spurs' style under Thomas Frank already looking drastically different from last season, with Vicario going long with kicks and even Kevin Danso launching a throw-in into the box. It feels like they will not be tied down to principle and philosophy tonight.
21:03 CET - Barely a minute into the game, and Tottenham have their first sight at goal with Pedro Porro taking aim from distance, but it flies harmlessly over. Already, Spurs are pressing high, looking to take advantage of what could be quite a rusty PSG side.
Remember, this is their first action of the season.
21:02 CET - We have had our opening ceremony, and now it's time to get down to business. It's a raucous atmosphere here in Udine. Will we get a game to match?
20:40 CET - With just 20 minutes to go until kick-off, let's check in with Opta to see how they see the game going.
They have PSG with a 62.4% chance of lifting their first Super Cup, whilst Spurs have just 18.3%.
20:28 CET - Panic over, they are here, and they get a warm welcome from their fans, as expected.
20:23 CET - Tottenham's players are now on the pitch in front of their fans to warm up. Someone may have to tell PSG that kick-off isn't that far away - their outfielders have yet to make it onto the pitch.
20:07 CET - This is the 50th Super Cup, and it is also the first meeting between these two sides. The record in recent years favours the Champions League winner, unsurprisingly. They have won 11 of the last 12 editions, with Atletico Madrid being the only winners from the Europa League.
PSG faced plenty of Premier League opposition last season, winning five of eight games, but most notably losing to Chelsea in the Club World Cup final last month.
This also a special night for Tottenham goalkeeper Guiglielmo Vicario. He is a native of these lands and has called on his side to 'taste the feeling' of success once more tonight.
20:04 CET - View from Udine - Being the halfway house of a trophy that the UEFA Super Cup is, the atmosphere around the city over the last couple of days has been relaxed as fans have mingled in the city's main square.
That, of course, has changed in the stadium with PSG's ultras whistling every time the Spurs' faithful start up a tune. There was some interest as both teams arrived. Luis Enrique was met with a wall of noise as he strode onto the pitch to inspect it, whilst Spurs fans met their new manager with a sense of mild curiosity.
Tonight will be a voyage for the whole club, testing themselves against one of the best sides in the world, whilst figuring out their new style ahead of their first Premier League game this weekend.
Both managers played down their chances ahead of the game, but make no mistake, this, as Frank put it, '100% super competitive'.
19:50 CET - The two starting lineups are in, and the big news is in the PSG side. With Gianluigi Donnarumma packing his bags yesterday, summer signing Lucas Chevalier starts for Luis Enrique's men in what will be his first game of any kind for the Parisiens.
The outfield 10 are the core of the almost all-conquering side with the likes of Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha all starting.
Thomas Frank's first competitive XI also includes two debutants as Mohammed Kudus and Joao Palhinha are in from the start.
Dominic Solanke has been named on the bench after his recent ankle injury.

19:40 CET - Are you ready to do it all again? The European football's traditional curtain-raiser is here with PSG facing up against Tottenham Hotspur in Udine from 21:00 CET.
The opening question was a focus for Parisiens' boss Luis Enrique in his pre-match press conference, as he pushed his players to create more history after they won their first-ever Champions League last season.
They will have to do it without star goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who announced on Tuesday that he would be leaving. How much of a distraction that will prove tonight remains to be seen.
Tottenham's Thomas Frank has his own issues. Not only is he facing arguably the toughest test in world football for his first competitive game, but he has to do it without Yves Bissouma, who was left back in London following a breach of Spurs' disciplinary policy.
Regardless, Spurs come into the game more ready for the season. Six pre-season games down, they have won just two, but at least they have played some football. PSG have not played since that loss to Chelsea in July, leaving the tantalising prospect of the unknown over their heads.
We are expecting team news imminently, with kick-off one hour and 20 minutes away.
