The midfielder has signed a five-year contract with a 65-million-euro buyout clause, the Portuguese club said on its website.

Since joining Al Ahli in 2023 from Celta Vigo, Veiga has scored 12 goals and made 10 assists in 66 games and helped the team win the Asian Champions League Elite title for the first time.
Porto have been drawn in Group A at the 32-team Club World Cup, which begins on June 14th, alongside Brazil’s Palmeiras, Egypt’s Al Ahly and US team Inter Miami.
