The 26-year-old Dennis Man joins PSV for a reported fee of €8.5 million
"The 35-time Romanian international spent four and a half years at Parma, who brought him in from FCSB," PSV wrote in their club statement.
"With the Italian side, he impressed with goals and assists in Serie A, as well as his performances at EURO 2024, where he started for the Tricolori. At the end of last year, he was named Romania's best player, a prestigious title that Romanian football greats such as Adrian Mutu, Christian Chivu and Gheorghe Popescu also have to their credit."
Seventh summer signing
PSV were in the market for a new winger after Johan Bakayoko left the club to join RB Leipzig earlier this summer.
"When my agent called me and told me that PSV were interested, I immediately said: let's go," Man said in his first interview at the Philips Stadium.
"This is a club every ambitious player wants to play for. I know many players who have played here. Madueke, Gakpo, Xavi Simons, Ronaldo... I could go on and on.
"PSV is a club with a great history, and they compete for trophies every season. I want that too. I'm very keen to give my all in every game and win many trophies with PSV. I can't wait to get started."
Dennis Man is the seventh signing of the summer for PSV, after Nick Olij, Ruben van Bommel, Alassane Plea, Yarek Gasiorowski, Matej Kovar, and Kiliann Sildillia.
The club's director of football, Earnest Stewart, emphasised the importance of the move: "We wanted to add some creativity in attack and with Dennis we get exactly that.
"He is an excellent dribbler who can help us immediately with goals and assists. Plus, he brings experience on the international stage at the highest level. We are very excited about this acquisition."
