Wrexham will welcome old rivals Cardiff City in an all-Welsh tie, while Grimsby's reward for their historic penalty shootout victory over Manchester United is a home draw against Brentford.
The draw was completed shortly after Eberechi Eze scored his first Arsenal goal as the Gunners beat Port Vale 2-0, reaching the League Cup fourth round alongside Manchester City, Tottenham and Newcastle on Wednesday night.
Fourth-round ties will take place across the week commencing Monday, October 27th.
