Adam Daghim becomes the fifth Dane to join Wolfsburg after Joakim Maehle, Jesper Lindstrom, Jonas Wind and Andreas Skov Olsen as the Wolkswagen club has agreed a loan deal for the 19-year old Danish Under-21 international striker from RB Salzburg.

"Adam is a young attacking talent with a lot of potential. His versatility, coupled with his immense speed, makes him particularly valuable for our attack and he is unpredictable for the opponent. We are convinced that we can develop him further at Wolfsburg and that he can help us", explained Sports Director Sebastian Schindzielorz.

The 1.86-meter-tall attacker went through the ranks at the youth academy of FC Copenhagen and AGF, where he also gained his first professional experience.

In the summer of 2023, he joined Red Bull Salzburg and was initially loaned to FC Liefering in the Austrian 2. Liga for one season. Last season, Daghim made 47 competitive appearances for Salzburg, including seven Champions League appearances and three FIFA Club World Cup appearances. He scored six goals and provided five assists. The left-footer has made 17 appearances for the Danish youth national teams.

"I'm really looking forward to my time at VfL Wolfsburg. The Bundesliga is a big step for me and an exciting challenge. I want to quickly find my place in the team, learn a lot, and contribute my qualities to our success together," emphasizes Daghim.
