From Angel Di Maria's derby day heroics in Argentina to Borussia Dortmund's frustrating Bundesliga opener, there has been no shortage of entertainment this weekend. As part of a weekly feature, Flashscore has picked out the Winners and Losers from the latest action.

Winner: Allan Saint-Maximin (Club America)

Former Newcastle winger Allan Saint-Maximin is known for being a bit of an entertainer, and entertain is exactly what he did on his debut for Mexican side Club America.

Introduced just past the hour mark with his new team trailing Atlas 2-1, the tricky Frenchman did what he does best and drove at defenders to give fans a taste of what is to come.

Club America managed to equalise and Saint-Maximin later put them ahead on 89 minutes with a clinical first-time finish, as they eventually came back to win the match 4-2.

But what followed was typical of the 28-year-old, as he toasted his goal with four celebrations in one.

He first sprinted across the pitch, then completed a spectacular backflip, celebrated with his teammates and coaches, before concluding his act by dancing in front of the fans.

Losers: QPR

It seems harsh to suggest a manager's job is under threat after just three matches, but that could be the case for Julien Stephan, whose Queens Park Rangers were on the end of a 7-1 thrashing by Coventry.

The winless Hoops were shellshocked as they found themselves in a 5-0 trench by half-time, with most of Coventry's efforts by that point facilitated by some frankly amateur play.

The score crept up to 7-0 on 66 minutes, which was where it remained until Richard Kone scored a consolation in stoppage time.

To Coventry's credit, it was a finishing masterclass as they tucked away their seven tallies from an expected goals (xG) value of just 1.27.

But eyes will be on QPR's next fixture at home to Charlton to see how they respond to such an embarrassing result so early on in the campaign.

Winner: Angel Di Maria (Rosario Central)

Angel Di Maria showed class is permanent as he netted a stunning free-kick winner to help Rosario Central earn bragging rights over arch-rivals Newell's Old Boys.

The 37-year-old returned to the club where his illustrious career began this summer, but only after death threats forced him to backtrack on the same move last year.

Yet he basked in all the glory of Rosario's triumph in Clasico Rosarino, as he lashed in an 82nd-minute free-kick into the top corner to seal a 1-0 win against their old foes.

It is Di Maria's third goal in six matches since returning to Rosario, who extended their winning run in the derby to five games.

"I've dreamed of it my whole life," the former Real Madrid and Manchester United winger said. "These 18 years, all I've thought about is coming back. I don't know what more I can ask for."

Losers: Borussia Dortmund

A missed penalty, red card and thrown lead ensured frustration was the theme for Borussia Dortmund as they drew 3-3 in their Bundesliga season opener at St. Pauli.

Dortmund could have built a comfortable cushion in the first half after Serhou Guirassy's opener, but the striker was unable to double his tally when a later penalty was saved.

Niko Kovac's team crafted a 3-1 advantage despite that and had been heading towards three points, until debutant Filippo Mane was sent off after conceding a penalty in the 85th minute.

Danel Sinani converted to make for an interesting conclusion, which it was, as St. Pauli sensed an opportunity to benefit from the extra man.

Captain Eric Smith did just that moments later by unleashing a drive from distance, which nestled into the corner to ensure the spoils were shared.

It is the first time in 10 years that Dortmund have failed to win their first league game of the season, and they will definitely be wondering how this one got away.

Winners: Morecambe

Just last week, Morecambe had only five registered players and were staring in the face of extinction, until a new takeover saved their 105-year history and lifted their National League suspension.

The Shrimps made 30-year-old Ashvir Singh Johal the youngest professional manager and first Sikh to lead a club in England and signed a raft of free agents to fulfil their match against Altrincham.

What happened in an emotionally-charged first fixture under new ownership is the stuff of dreams.

It looked like the points would be split until substitute Daniel Ogwuru, who had only joined the club one day prior, netted in the eighth minute of stoppage time to hand Morecambe a memorable 2-1 win.

Sheer joy for Morecambe's fans and part of the reason why it is called the beautiful game.

Losers: Rennes

What was less beautiful, however, was Rennes' discipline in their Ligue 1 trip to Lorient for an explosive Derby Breton.

Les Rouge et Noir collected a red card in last week's opener against Marseille, but went one better (or worse) against their rivals by picking up two in 11 first-half minutes.

Mahdi Camara was given a straight red after just six minutes for a high challenge and was shortly followed off by Christopher Wooh, who was dismissed for a last-man challenge.

Rennes held out until before half-time when Lorient broke the deadlock, before eventually running away with a ruthless 4-0 victory.

According to Opta, no team has been reduced to nine men as quickly as Rennes in a Ligue 1 match since it began collecting data in 1992/93.
