The fourth seeds in the playoffs looked down and out, but following four successive victories, they move on to face Vaxjo for a place in the final, where the winner will meet either Skelleftea or Lulea.
History was on the cards for Rogle midway through the first period, when Felix Nilsson cut in from the left side and played the puck back for Fredrik Olofsson to score his first goal of the series.
But Farjestad were determined not to be on the wrong side of history, and drew themselves level just four minutes later when Per Aslund and Linus Johansson were involved to set up David Tomasek for his fifth goal of the playoffs.
Parity lasted less than two minutes, as the Angelholm crowd were on their feet again when Calvin de Haan squared the puck to the right wing, where Filip Johansson had time and space to fire Rogle ahead again.
With less than five minutes gone in the second period, Rogle were extending their lead with Nilsson again the provider, though there was still plenty for Paul LaDue to do, as his shot from range found its way through.
Farjestad's comeback hopes weren't helped by the concession of powerplays either side of the 40-minute mark and a goal disallowed late in period two, and they were resigned to their fate late on when Linus Sandin struck into an empty net to complete the 4-1 win and an unprecedented playoff result for Rogle.
The SHL semi-finals will begin with game one of Skelleftea against Lulea on Tuesday 7th April.
