Aspinall's demolition job in the final came after he saw off Stephen Bunting with a 6-1 thrashing in the semi-final and Michael van Gerwen 6-3 in the opening match of the night.
The world number 10 showcased tremendous checkout ability in the main event, pinning 40 per cent of his doubles and landing four 180s to his opponent's three.
The Asp was keen to reflect on his opening victory over MVG, which set him on the path to his nightly win.
"I felt really confident coming into tonight," Aspinall told Sky Sports.
"Obviously, last week I should have beaten Littler, and I’m not afraid to admit I bottled it last week, I knew the importance of it, but tonight's a new night.
"I knew I've had the better of Michael (van Gerwen) over the last few weeks, and I thought I was really composed in that game against Michael.
"That was a big game after beating Michael, and I've not played amazing tonight, but what I've done tonight is I've been composed. I've not celebrated, I've kept myself in the moment.
"When things aren't going well, the crowd have helped me by cheering my name, and there's been a couple of legs where I've been a bit rubbish at the finishing, but apart from that, I think my finishing's been pretty bang-on tonight."
Dobey had earlier knocked out Littler 6-5 in their semi-final after a tense deciding leg saw both miss a handful of match darts.
Despite the disappointment of tasting defeat to Dobey in the semi-final, a victorious blockbuster of a quarter-final that pitted the world champion against the world number one Luke Humphries means The Nuke will head to London for the playoffs in a fortnight as the league phase winner.
The pair put on a thrilling encounter that saw Humphries race to an early two-leg lead, before Littler powered back and forced a series of mind-boggling exchanges, much to the delight of the crowd in attendance.
Littler would eventually win the contest 6-3 and averaged a ridiculous 115.96 with five 180s, while Cool Hand Luke himself averaged a whopping 110.01 and landed nine maximums.
In other highlights from the night, Gerwyn Price pulled off yet another nine-dart finish despite ultimately losing 6-4 to Bunting in their quarter-final.
The Welshman has now thrown five nine-darters in the Premier League, extending his record ahead of the legendary Phil Taylor, who has three.
The Premier League Darts continues with night 16 next Thursday at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield.
