The two boxers clash at Wembley Stadium with Usyk holding the WBA, WBC, WBO and Ring Magazine titles while Dubois is the IBF champion.
Dubois is bidding to end Usyk's unbeaten record and become the first British undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.
For the Ukrainian, a victory would see him reach 24 wins in his so-far unbeaten career and surely cement himself as the greatest of his generation in the heavyweight division.
"Daniel (Dubois) is a little bit afraid," Usyk told DAZN ahead of the bout.
"I am, too! But my 'afraid' is different.
"My weakness? I love people, I love my opponent. All my British (opponents) are great people."
Usyk is yet to be officially dropped as a heavyweight, although Dubois might have something to say about that.
During the pair's first fight, the Englishman landed a punch to his opponent's midsection that put him to the ground, only for the referee to rule it a low blow and controversially allow Usyk plenty of time to recover.
The 38-year-old went on to win the bout with a ninth-round stoppage, but all the talk after the event was around whether or not Dubois had been unlucky with the referee's earlier decision.
Since then, Usyk has won two fights against Tyson Fury in commanding fashion without looking as troubled as he was by Dubois' body shot.
"There might be (a weakness to Usyk)," Dubois said when interviewed by DAZN ahead of the second fight.
"He has been down a few times with body shots, this time I've got to throw the kitchen sink at him, land everywhere.
"I've got the chance to put that controversy to bed, wipe the slate clean, so that's what I'm focused on now."
