Minnesota Twins star centerfielder Byron Buxton (31) hit the first cycle at Target Field in its history on Saturday, capping it off with a home run.

What makes the moment even better is that he accomplished it on his bobblehead day!

Target Field opened for the Twins in April 2010.

Buxton is having a stellar season for the Twins, slashing .286/.350/.571 with 55 RBI and 17 stolen bases. His 23 home runs this season earned him a trip to the 2025 Home Run Derby along with a nod to the American League All-Star team.

The soon-to-be three-time All-Star and Gold Glove winner has spent all 11 years of his career with the Twins since they drafted him with the second overall pick in the 2012 MLB Draft.

Buxton has battled many injuries throughout his career, playing in 100+ games just twice in his career. However, with 77 games played this year, Buxton could possibly play 100+ games in back-to-back seasons for the first time.

The Platinum Glove winner is currently in the fourth year of his seven-year deal worth $100 million. He will earn just over $15.1 million per year until he becomes an unrestricted free agent after the 2028 season.
