Baltimore Orioles top prospect Enrique Bradfield Jr. (23) received his 2024 Minor League Baseball Gold Glove award on Friday after he was named the winner following last season.

Bradfield was the 17th overall pick in the 2025 MLB Draft by the Orioles and is currently their No. 3 overall prospect.

The young rising star showed off a day prior why he was deserving of the award, and possibly can claim his second once the 2025 season is done and over with.

Coming out of Vanderbilt, Bradfield had an 80 grade in both fielding and base-running - the highest grade possible.

In an interview with former MASN reporter Steve Melewski, Bradfield credited current Orioles centerfielder Cedric Mullins and former star centerfielder Adam Jones for mentoring him, both of whom won Gold Glove awards at the major league level.

Since being called up to the Chesapeake Baysox (Double-A affiliate of the Orioles) from the Aberdeen Ironbirds (Single-A affiliate), Bradfield has slashed .277/.382/.383 through 15 games with two RBI, seven walks, and six stolen bases.

In 2024, Bradfield put up a monstrous 74 stolen bases while hitting .272 with both the Baysox and Ironbirds combined.

"I’ll chase Rickey one day,” Bradfield told Melewski, referencing the Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson, who stole an MLB record 130 bases during the 1982 season for the then-Oakland Athletics

With many fans and media members fearing that the Orioles could move Mullins at this year's trade deadline, given their disastrous season, Bradfield will be looked at as the future for the team in centerfield.
