Campanile got his NFL coaching career starting with the Miami Dolphins, where he served as the linebackers coach for four years (2020-2023) before heading to Green Bay.
Packers linebacker Quay Walker had a career-low in tackles (108) under Campanile this past season. But veterans Isaiah McDuffie and Eric Wilson both put up career highs in tackles, sacks, forced fumbles, and pass deflections since each joined the Packers. Meanwhile, Edgerrin Cooper's 87 total tackles were fifth-most among rookies across the league.
The Packers defence also allowed just 99.4 yards per game on the ground, which ranked seventh-best in the NFL. Green Bay also ranked 8th in sacks with 45 on the year.
Meanwhile, Udinski is coming off a successful offensive year for the Vikings and has now interviewed for five offensive coordinator positions this offseason. Coaches can't stop raving about the young coach.
The Vikings offence ranked 12th overall and 9th in scoring. Quarterback Sam Darnold had the best year of his career, leading the Vikings to a 14-3 record behind his 4,319 yards and 35 passing touchdowns.
Udinski was a coaching assistant at Baylor University in 2019 then followed Matt Rhule to the Panthers in the same position for two years before being hired by the Minnesota Vikings in 2022 as a special projects coach and assistant to the head coach.
One year later he was promoted to assistant quarterbacks coach and chief of special projects coach before ultimately becoming assistant offensive coordinator.
