The third-round pick in the 2010 NFL Draft went on to play his first five seasons with the New Orleans Saints.
Graham earned two All-Pro and three Pro Bowl selections in his time with New Orleans, putting up stellar numbers.
In his second year, Graham posted 1,310 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns, both second to Rob Gronkowski's 1,327-17.
Two years later, the stout tight end would go on to post his second, and last, season with over 1,000 yards (1,215) while leading the league with 16 receiving touchdowns.
Graham would eventually spend three solid seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, two with the Green Bay Packers, and two with the Chicago Bears, before eventually spending his final season (2023) in the NFL with the Saints.
After 13 years, Graham finished his career with 8545 receiving yards and 89 touchdowns in 197 games. Since he was drafted, Graham ranked second in receiving yards, third in receptions, and third in touchdowns among tight ends - making him one of the best of the modern era.
