The US Open quarter-finals continue this evening, with Jannik Sinner, Iga Swiatek and Naomi Osaka among the standout names looking to seal their spot in the last four.

05:55 CET - Jannik Sinner is now heading to the US Open semi-final after beating Lorenzo Musetti 6-1, 6-4, 6-2. Musetti had seven break points in the match, but failed to convert any of them. Meanwhile, Sinner won 91% of his first serve points.

He broke Musetti's serve on five occasions from six attempts, helping him join Novak Djokovic as the only two men's players to reach the semis during every major in 2025 so far.

03:35 CET - Naomi Osaka advances to her fifth Grand Slam semi-final after taking down Karolina Muchova in straight sets 6-4, 7-6. It's worth noting that Osaka has gone on to win a title every time she has won in the quarter-finals (5-0).

23:53 CET - Amanda Anisimova is into the US Open semi-finals! The American has avenged her Wimbledon defeat to Iga Swiatek with a 6-4, 6-3 win over the world number two, who was the favourite for the title in the eyes of many.

23:14 CET - Anisimova draws first blood! The American has taken the first set 6-4 after a tight 51 minutes of tennis.

22:15 CET - Next up is a repeat of this year's Wimbledon final, with Iga Swiatek taking on Amanda Anisimova.

Swiatek stormed to a 6-0, 6-0 in that match, but with that experience to learn from and the support of a home crowd, Anisimova will surely make this one much more competitive.

21:54 CET - Felix Auger-Aliassime is back in the US Open semi-finals! The Canadian has made the final four in New York - and at any Grand Slam - for the first time since 2021 with a 4-6, 7-6, 7-5, 7-6 win over Alex De Minaur in a brutal battle that lasted for well over four hours.

De Minaur had his chances, but Auger-Aliassime had the upper hand on the major points.

21:02 CET - Auger-Aliassime is now just one set away from reaching his second Grand Slam semi-final after winning the third set 7-5 in just under an hour.

With the match now lasting well over three hours, this could well become the longest clash of the tournament yet.

20:00 CET - We have a serious battle on our hands in the first match of the day, with Auger-Aliassime bouncing back after losing the first set 6-4 by winning the second in a gruelling 9-7 tiebreak.

17:47 CET - The opening quarter-final of the day is now underway in New York, with Alex De Minaur and Felix Auger-Aliassime battling it out for a spot in the last four.

16:02 CET - First up today, in just under 90 minutes, is the sixth meeting between eighth seed Alex De Minaur and 25th seed Felix Auger-Aliassime and their fourth on the senior tour. Auger-Aliassime has won three of the five that they've contested but De Minaur has won their most recent clash, in Rome last year.

Both have dropped just one set in New York on their way to the last eight, but the Canadian has had the more impressive run having beaten world number three Alexander Zverev on his way to the quarters.

He's surpassed this stage of a Grand Slam once, at this very tournament in 2021, while De Minaur has never made it to the final four of a major.

14:00 CET - Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage of today's remaining men's and women's quarter-finals in New York!

The star-studded schedule gets underway in a few hours at 17:30 CET, with eighth seed Alex de Minaur taking on Felix Auger-Aliassime as both men target their best run at a Grand Slam this season.

Following that match, women's second seed and former champion Iga Swiatek faces Amanda Anisimova in what is a fascinating rematch of their one-sided Wimbledon final back in July.

In the night session at Flushing Meadows, the resurgent Naomi Osaka comes up against 11th seed Karolina Muchova, with the Japanese star competing in her first Grand Slam quarter-final since 2021.

The final match of the day sees defending men's champion Jannik Sinner take on compatriot Lorenzo Musetti, as the top seed looks to move one step closer to becoming the first man to defend the US Open title since Roger Federer in 2008.
