The Philadelphia Flyers notch their first win against the Florida Panthers this season while the Flames derail the struggling Blackhawks after a five-goal win.

Philly (19-20-5) won their second straight after losing the previous four with a solid 4-3 win over the Panthers (25-16-3). The Panthers got out to an early 2-0 lead with goals by Sam Reinhart (27) and Uvis Balinskis (2).

But the Flyers answered back with two goals of their own from Garnet Hathaway (5) and Noah Cates (8) to tie it up. But less than two minutes later, Reinhart scored his second goal of the game to put the Panthers up 3-2.

Luckily, for the Flyers, Morgan Frost (10) and Noah Cates (9) scored two straight goals to take home the win.

Flames 5-2 Blackhawks

Calgary got their fourth straight win after dominating the Chicago Blackhawks with Jakob Pelletier (3) leading the way with two goals and an assist. Mikael Backlund (9), Jake Bean (2), and Yegor Sharangovich (7) also got on the board for Calgary.

The Flames outshot the Blackhawks 36-25 but were outplayed in just about every other statistical category. But at the end of the day, goals matter the most and that's the one thing the Blackhawks didn't put up more of.

Chicago to 14-28-2 on the season while the Flames move up one spot past the Vancouver Canucks in the Pacific Division with a 21-14-7 record.
