The final weekend in November doesn't disappoint with intriguing matches across Europe set to take centre stage over the next two action-packed days. As usual, keep up to date with all the latest scores and updates with our Football Tracker.

Saturday, November 29th

15:00 CET - With just an hour away from three 16:00 CET games in the Premier League, it is time for some team news!

The big game getting underway at 16:00 CET sees Manchester City host struggling Leeds United.

It has been a disastarous seven days for Pep Guardiola's side after defeat against Newcastle United last Sunday followed by a defeat in the Champions League on Tuesday night. Therefore, this afternoon's clash feels an important one to get things back on track.

Check out the team news for that clash below:

14:30 CET - Team news is just in from Munich ahead of Bayern's clash against St. Pauli. After the midweek setback in the Champions League, Vincent Kompany will be keen to get back on track with a comfortable win this afternoon, and he names a strong side.

The standout team news is that Luis Diaz returns from injury, whilst Michael Olise is given a rare rest.

14:10 CET - Before we bring you some team news from Serie A, LaLiga is underway for the day as Mallorca host Osasuna.

12:00 CET - Good afternoon and welcome to an exciting weekend of football across Europe's biggest leagues.

With no early kick-offs in the Premier League today, the weekend starts in Serie A, with two games getting underway at 15:00 CET.

One of those matches is a vital one in the fight for survival, as rock-bottom Verona travel to 18th-placed Genoa in search of their first Serie A victory of the season.

Having remarkably drawn six games though, a win for the visitors would see them leapfrog Genoa and move within one point of 17th-placed Lecce.

It is also a big day for Danielle De Rossi as the new Genoa coach takes charge of just his third game after replacing Patrick Viera earlier this month.

In the other early kick-off, Parma will be hoping to put some distance between themselves and the relegation battle with a win at home to Udinese. Later on, Juventus and Milan are also in action.

Later on, our attention turns to Germany, where runaway leaders Bayern Munich will be hosting St. Pauli from 15:30 CET.

The match of the day in the Bundesliga is at 18:30 CET, however, when Bayer Leverkusen take on Dortmund.
